Welcome to our ever growing exercise library! Here we showcase various movements that can be done with a Gravity Ball. These movements are designed to improve symmetry, build core strength and enhance overall performance, some of the goals we teach within The Gravity Ball Method™. Some exercises may be targeted to specific body parts however most Gravity Ball exercises are full body exercises. In many videos, the blue 5 lbs Gravity Ball, our lightest weighted ball is being used.
